Mitch Caton

“I strive to come alongside families and individuals who need clarity and direction. As a coach, I love my role as a sounding board and a resource for them to find a new or better life direction.

I grew up in rural North Carolina loving the outdoors and the simple life. Somewhere along the way, God stepped in and took my life in a completely different direction than I ever would have dreamed. My wife and I are celebrating thirty-three years of marriage. We raised two wonderful daughters, then added 5 more adopted children who we are raising into wonderful young men and women. While locations have changed a lot, some things have stayed the same. I still love the outdoors. I am passionate about fishing.

Let’s discovery together what God new path has in store for you!”

This process assists clients in the daily functions of family life with clarity of purpose and confidence. Life is a journey and every stage has significance and changes. I want to help you find direction, happiness, and connection wherever you are in your personal and family journey.

Dave Duerden

“I like the description of a Coach as a Guide, someone who knows the territory. I’m one who has been there – the success and failures, the mistakes and the recoveries. And I’ve studied great maps and rubbed shoulders with other great guides. But we’ll be guided most by your goals and dreams for you and your family.

My mission for family life coaching is to help individuals and families to: LIVE their best life and meet their goals, LOVE better and more, LEARN principles and ways they can keep their growth going, and LEAVE A LEGACY for their descendents of a positive family life culture.

I’m a father of four grown sons, grandfather of 4 girls and a boy, and yes, I’ve been divorced. I have 40+ years studying and teaching family life, child development, parenting, etc., at BYU-Provo, BYU-Hawaii, and BYU-Idaho (Ricks College) and Purdue U.

We’ll plan to do much of our coaching by Zoom.”
